Prawn Spring Rolls 香脆蝦春卷

蝦膠 x 500克(魚市場買約$50)
春卷皮 x 1包(6吋,24張)
做法:
1.把蝦膠均勻地搽在1/3的春卷皮上,不要搽邊。(角對住自己)
2.把它捲起來,用水來粘合,包成長長的形狀。
3.每邊炸2-3分鐘,直到酥脆和金黃。
4.建議和蜜糖青檸醬(食譜於其他連結) 或泰式甜辣醬一起吃。

Ingredients:
Prawn paste x 500g (around $50 from the fish market)
Spring roll sheets x 1pack (6", 24sheets)
Directions:
1. Spread the prawn paste evenly on 1/3 of the spring roll sheet, leave the edge. (corner pointing to yourself)
2. Fold it up, use water to glue. Make long and thin shape.
3. Deep fry for 2-3 mins on each side until crispy and golden.
4. Suggest to serve with honey lime sauce (see recipe in blog) or Thai sweet & chilli sauce.
