Korean Fried Chicken Wings 韓式辣炸雞

材料:

雞翼 × 10隻(切一半,少許海鹽和雞粉醃過夜)
炸粉 x 1包(80克)
鷹粟粉 x 80克
蛋 x 1(發打)
蒜頭 x 5粒 (切碎)
韓國辣椒醬 x 4湯匙
蜜糖 x 2湯匙
蘋果醋 x 4湯匙
白芝麻 x 1湯匙
黑芝麻 x 1湯匙
辣椒 x 4條(切粒)

做法:

1. 把同等份量的炸粉和鷹粟粉混合在一個碗中。雞鎚上蛋和上粉。
2. 把雞炸至金黃色。隔乾油份備用。
3. 把蒜頭炒至金黃。 加入韓國辣椒醬,蜂蜜,蘋果醋。
4. 將雞放入醬汁中炒1-2分鐘。 灑上芝麻和辣椒。

Ingredients:

Chicken wings x 10pcs (cut half, marinate with sea salt and chicken stock overnight)
Frying powder x 1pack (80g)
Corn starch x 80g
Egg x 1 (beat)
Garlic x 5cloves (finely chopped)
Korean hot pepper sauce x 4tbsp
Honey x 2tbsp
Apple vinegar x 4tbsp
White sesame x 1tbsp
Black sesame x 1tbsp
Chilli x 4pcs (small pieces)

Directions:

1. Mix the frying powder and corn starch in a bowl. Coat the chickens with egg and the powder mixture.
2. Deep fry the chickens until golden. Set it aside in a drainer.
3. Fry the garlic in oil until golden. Add in Korean hot pepper sauce, honey, apple vinegar.
4. Add the chickens to the sauce, fry for 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame and chilli.
