Pizza Base 意大利薄餅餅底
自家製 Pizza 非常簡單,材料不多,你需要的是一個越薄越好的餅底、一個非常熱的焗爐(如有烘烤石頭更好)和一些新鮮材料。

強力麵包粉 x 250克
海鹽 x 5克
速效幹酵母 x 5克
橄欖油 x 2湯匙
室溫水 × 180毫升

Morzarella 芝士
做法:
1. 將麵粉放入一個大碗中,將鹽加入碗的一邊,將酵母加入另一邊。
2. 加入橄欖油和150毫升水,用一隻手的手指混合。
3. 慢慢加入剩餘的水,直至獲得光滑柔軟的麵糰。 (你可能不需要所有的水)
4. 將麵糰放在塗了油的工作枱上並揉 5-10分鐘或更長時間,直至麵糰變得光滑和有彈性。
5. 放入一個塗了少許油的大碗中,蓋上蓋子發酵1-2小時。
6. 同時,將焗爐預熱至最高溫度 (至少220℃),確保烤盤或烘烤石頭也放在焗爐內預熱。
7. 將麵糰轉到工作枱並分成3等份。滾到越薄越好。
8. 將餅底放在預熱了的烤盤或烘烤石頭上。加上你喜歡的材料,焗8-10分鐘,取出,再放上 Morzarella 芝士,再焗2-5分鐘至金黃色。

Ingredients:
Strong white bread flour x 250g (plus extra for dusting)
Sea salt x 5g
Fast-action dried yeast x 5g
Olive oil x 2tbsp (plus extra for oiling)
Cool water x 180ml
Directions:
1. Put the flour in a large bowl and add the salt to one side of the bowl and the yeast to the other.
2. Add the olive oil and 150ml of the water and mix with the fingers of one hand.
3. Add the remaining water a little at a time until you have a smooth, soft dough. (You may not need all the water)
4. Tip the dough onto an oiled work surface and knead for 5-10 minutes or longer, until you have a smooth, elastic ball of dough.
5. Put into a lightly oiled bowl, cover and leave to rise for 1-2hours, until at least doubled in size.
6. Meanwhile, heat your oven to as high as it will go, at least 220c. Make sure you heat up your baking tray or bake stone as well.
7. Transfer the dough to the surface and divide into 3 equal pieces. Shape into balls and flatten them with rolling pins and make them as thin as possible.
8. Put the pizza bases onto the baking trays. Apply any toppings you like. Bake for 8-10 minutes, take it out, sprinkle mozzarella cheese and bake for another 2-5 minutes until golden.
