Citrus Cream Cheese Icing 柑橘芝士忌廉
Portion: for 15-18 cupcakes
Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
Cream cheese x 250g (chilled, cut in small cubes)
Butter x 100g (room temperature, cut in small cubes)
Vanilla essence x 1tbsp
Icing sugar x 150g (sifted)
Orange zest x 1orange (add more or less)
Lemon zest x 1lemon (add more or less)
Directions:
1. Beat together the cream cheese and butter in a medium sized bowl until well combined.
2. Add in vanilla essence and icing sugar and mix until icing is smooth and think.
3. Add in orange and lemon zest.
