Strawberry Whipped Cream 士多啤梨忌廉

Ingredients:

Whipping cream x 1pack / 200ml

Strawberry jam x 1tbsp

Red gel food colouring x 1 tiny drop (use toothpick)

Directions:

1. Use a hand mixer and whip the whipping cream until soft peak. 

2. Add in strawberry jam.

3. Mix in food colouring. Cool in the fridge if you need to harden a bit before piping.
