Bacon & Cheese Scones 煙肉芝士鬆餅
早上起來想焗些新鮮麵包但沒有太多時間,這個鬆餅是你的選擇!準備工夫只須大約30分鐘和焗10-12分鐘,新鮮熱辣的煙肉芝士鬆餅便在你的早餐桌上!
分量:18-20個
時間:30分鐘準備+ 10分鐘焗
材料:
煙肉 x 6片
自發麵粉 x 450克
海鹽 x 1/2茶匙
無鹽牛油 x 150克(不用解凍,切粒)
紅椒粉 x 2茶匙 + 少許(灑在上面)
蔥 x 2束(切碎)
車打芝士 x 100克(磨碎)
牛奶 x 150毫升 + 少許(刷在上面)
做法:
1.將焗飯預熱至180℃。把牛油紙放在焗盤上,待用。
2.用大火煎煙肉至酥脆和金黃色,放於廚房紙上吸油。
3.將麵粉和鹽混合在一個大碗中,加入牛油,用指尖揉搓直到混合物形成粗糙的麵糰。
4.加入紅椒粉,蔥,煙肉和車打芝士,逐漸加入牛奶並將其混合成柔軟濕潤的麵糰。
5.將麵糰球做成手掌般大小,按扁一點,輕輕刷上牛奶,撒上車打芝士和紅椒粉。
6.焗10-12分鐘至金黃色,慢用。

Ingredients:

Self-raising flour x 450g
Sea salt x 1/2tsp
Unsalted butter x 150g (chilled, cut into cubes)
Paprika powder x 2tsp + extra (sprinkle on top)
Spring onions x 2 stalks (finely chopped)
Cheddar cheese x 100g (grated)
Milk x 150ml + extra (brush on top)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180c. Place a baking parchment paper on a baking tray, set aside.
2. Fry the bacon in high heat until crispy and golden. Drain on kitchen papers.
3. Combine flour and salt in a large bowl. Add butter and rub it with your fingertips until mixture forms coarse crumbs.
4. Stir in paprika powder, spring onions, bacon and cheese. Add in milk gradually and mix it to a soft and moist dough.
5. Make dough balls as the size of your palm. Press them a little bit. Brush lightly with milk, sprinkle with cheese and paprika powder.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
