Greek Salad 希臘沙律

希臘羊奶芝士(可以買一樽)
橄欖
青瓜
車厘茄
紅椒
黃椒
牛油果

橄欖油(用羊奶芝土樽內的,因內裏已有很多香草)
海鹽
黑胡椒
甜羅勒

做法:

1. 把所有的蔬菜切成小粒。
2. 在沙律上加入橄欖油,海鹽,黑胡椒,最後灑上甜羅勒。

*還可加一些檸檬汁或青檸汁,可使味道更加清新突出!

Feta cheese (can buy a jar)
Green olives
Cucumber
Cherry tomato
Red paprika
Yellow paprika
Avocado
*****************
Olive oil (from the jar of feta cheese)
Sea salt
Black pepper
Sweet basil

Directions:

1. Chop all the vegetables into small dices.
2. Dress the salad with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper and sprinkle with sweet basil.

*You can also squeeze in some lemon or lime juice and little zest to make the taste even more fresh!
