Crabmeat Canapé

Ingredients:

Crabmeat x 1/2can or 227g
Shallot x 1pc (finely chopped)
Mayonnaise / cream fresh x 225g
Mustard x 1tsp
Fresh dill x 1bunch (use only leaves)
Egg x 2pcs (boiled and chopped)
Sea salt x 1 pinch
Black pepper x 1 pinch
Caster sugar x 1tsp
Lemon juice x 1tsp
Lemon zest x 1/2pc

Rye crisps / biscuits / puffs x 20pcs

Garnishing:

Cucumber x 1/2pc (cut into mini triangle)
Lemon x 1pc (cut into mini triangle)
Chives x 1bunch (finely chopped)
Caviar (optional)

Directions:

1. Mix all the above ingredients to create the crabmeat sauce mixture.
2. Place a spoon of the mixture onto the rye crisps / biscuits / puffs.
3. Garnish with cucumber, lemon, chives and caviar.
