Portion: 1 large
Time: 30minutes

Ingredients:

Milk x 2cups
White sugar x 2tbsp
Cornstarch x 2tsp
Egg yolk x 1
Vanilla essence x 2tsp
Butter x 1tbsp
Lemon juice x 1tbsp
Orange zest x 1orange

Puff pastry (large) x 2pcs
Raspberry x 10pcs
Strawberry x 10pcs
Blueberry x 10pcs
Figs x 1pc
Icing sugar (for dusting and decorating)
Coco powder (for dusting and decorating)

Directions:

1. Combine the top 4 ingredients and bring to boil. Stir with a whisk until thicken.
2. Remove from heat. Add vanilla essence, butter and lemon juice. Fold in orange zest.
3. Leave it in the fridge to cool.

4. Pre-heat the oven to 220c.
5. Lay a puff pastry on a baking tray (lay a baking parchment first).
6. Slightly dust the top of the puff pastry with icing sugar.
7. Bake for approximately 10 minutes until golden and crispy (depends on the oven, adjust accordingly).

8. Pipe the custard.
9. Put a layer of puff pastry and a layer of the custard.
10. Repeat for another two layers and end with custard on top.
11. Place fruits on top and decorate accordingly.
