Pan-fried Salmon served with Mango Salsa Salad 煎三文魚配芒果酸辣沙律
醃製醬料:
橄欖油 x 1湯匙
青檸汁 x 1青檸
芫荽 x 1束 (切很碎)
蒜頭 x 1粒 (磨蓉)
海鹽 x 少許
黑胡椒粉 x 少許
材料:
三文魚柳 x 2條
醃製醬料
綠色沙律葉 x 1束
芒果酸辣醬 x 3湯匙

做法:
1. 把三文魚和以上的醃製醬料放入密實袋裏,醃製最少1小時。
2. 製作芒果酸辣醬。
3. 把三文魚煎至金黃色。
4. 把芒果酸辣醬放在綠色沙律上,和三文魚一起吃。
Marinate:
Olive Oil x 1tbsp
Lime Juice x 1/2lime
Coriander x 1bunch (chop finely)
Garlic x 1pc (grate into paste)
Sea Salt x lpinch
Black Pepper x 1pinch
Ingredients:
Salmon Fillet x 2pcs
Marinate sauce
Green Salad x 1bunch
Mango Salsa x 3tbsp

Directions:
1. Marinate the salmon with the above ingredients inside a plastic bag for at least an hour.
2. Make the mango salsa.
3. Fry the salmon over medium heat until golden.
4. Place some green salad on a place and add the mango salsa on top. Serve with salmon.
