Mango Pudding 芒果布甸

Ingredients:

Mango x 1pc
Mango Jelly Powder x 1box
Evaporated Milk x 1can (small)
Egg x 1pc
Pure Gelatine x 1tsp

Directions:
1. Dilute the mango jelly powder in a cup of hot water. Let it cool down.
2. Beat the egg. Cut the mango in small dices. Mix in the evaporated milk.
3. Dilute the pure gelatine in 1/3 cup of hot water.
4. Mix all the ingredients together.
5. Leave it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

材料:
芒果 x 1隻
芒果啫喱粉 x 1盒
花奶 x 1罐
雞蛋 x 1隻
純魚膠粉 x 1茶匙

做法:
1. 把芒果啫喱粉用一杯熱開水溶化,待用。
2. 打蛋,把芒果切一粒,加入花奶。
3. 把純魚膠粉溶於1/3杯熱水中。
4. 把所有材料加起來。
5. 放置雪櫃最少3小時。
