Roasted Paprika & Chilli Sauce 烤紅椒辣椒醬


This sauce is very appetising to go with barbecue meats especially grilled chicken. If you are not a spicy person, you can take away the chilli from the recipe. Vice versa, you can add more chilli if you like.

This sauce can be kept it in the fridge in covered container for up to 5 days to 1 week.

Ingredients:

Roasted Paprika x 1jar (250g)
Red Chilli x 3pcs
Garlic x 3cloves
Lime Juice x 1
Lime Zest x 1
Coriander x 2bunches
Sea Salt x 1/2tsp
Black Pepper x 1/2tsp
Olive Oil x 5tbsp

Directions:
1. Drain away the liquid from the jar of the roasted paprika.
2. Add the roasted paprika and the rest of the ingredients into the food processor.
3. Blend it for about 10 seconds. Adjust according to your own taste.

這個烤紅椒辣椒醬,是很適宜配合燒烤肉食的,尤其是烤雞。如果不吃辣,可以不放辣椒。相反的,可以加多些辣椒。

儲存於有蓋盒子,可放於雪櫃五日至一星期。

材料:

烤紅椒 x 1樽 (250克)
辣椒 x 3隻
蒜蓉 x 3粒
青檸汁 x 1隻
青檸皮碎 x 1隻
芫茜 x 2顆
海鹽 x 1/2茶匙
黑胡椒 x 1/2茶匙
橄欖油 x 5湯匙

做法:

1. 抽取樽裏的烤紅椒,不需要裏面的汁。
2. 把所有材料放置於攪拌機內。
3. 大約攪拌10秒,把味道調教為自己合適的。
