Mango Salsa 芒果酸辣醬
這個芒果酸辣醬很簡單又好味,口感清新開胃,尤其是配合燒烤的海鮮和魚一起吃!
材料:
芒果 x 2隻 (切細粒)
蕃茄 x 1隻 (切細粒)
芫荽 x 2束
青檸汁 x 1青檸
青檸皮 x 1青檸 (磨碎)
紅辣椒 x 1隻 (切細粒)
海鹽 x 少許
黑胡椒粉 x 少許
橄欖油 x 2湯匙
做法:
1. 把以上材料準備好。
2. 拌匀。 若喜愛食辣的可以加多些辣椒。
This very simple mango salsa is perfect to match with barbecue seafood or fish. It's refreshing, slightly spicy and very appetising indeed.
Ingredients:
Mango x 2pcs (cut in small dices)
Tomato x 1pc (cut in small dices)
Coriander x 2bunches (chop slightly)
Lime Juice x1lime
Lime Zest x1lime
Red Chilli x 1pc (cut in small pcs)
Sea Salt x 1pinch
Black Pepper x 1pinch
Olive Oil x 2tbsp
Directions:
1. Prepare all the ingredients as above mentioned.
2. Mix them well. Add more chilli if you prefer more spicy.
