Tomato Sauce 蕃茄醬
這個番茄醬是很容易製作也很基本的,可以用於薄餅、意粉或者其他菜式上。
儲存於有蓋盒子,可放於雪櫃五日至一星期。
材料:
蕃茄 x 3隻
車厘茄 x 8隻
蒜頭 x 3粒
紅蔥頭 x 3粒
黑橄欖 x 8粒
羅勒葉 x 10片
橄欖油 x 3湯匙
海鹽 x 1/2茶匙
黑胡椒 x 1/2茶匙
做法:
1. 把焗爐預熱至180度。
2. 把所有蕃茄和黑橄欖切成一半,蒜頭切粒,紅蔥頭切一片片。
3. 將以上材料放於焗盆裏,加上橄欖油、海鹽和黑胡椒。
4. 焗大約12至15分鐘。
5. 加入羅勒葉,放入攪拌器攪拌大約10至15秒。
This is a very easy to make and very basic tomato sauce that you can use it for pizza, pasta or other dishes.
This sauce can be kept in the fridge in covered container for up to 5 days to 1 week.
Ingredients:
Big Tomatoes x 3pcs
Cherry Tomatoes x 8pcs
Garlic x 4cloves
Shallots x 3pcs
Black Olives x 8pcs
Basil x 10leaves
Olive Oil x 3tbsp
Sea Salt x 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper x 1/2 tsp
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180c.
2. Cut all the tomatoes and black olives in half, garlic in small pieces and shallots in small slices.
3. Put the above ingredients to a baking form. Add olive oil, sea salt and black pepper.
4. Bake it for about 12-15mins.
5. Put it to a food processor or blender. Add in basil. Blend it for about 10-15secs.
