Mixed Berries & Cinnamon Granola Bars 雜苺玉桂燕麥營養棒




這個雜苺肉桂燕麥營養棒含有燕麥、果仁丶蜜糖和其他的甜味劑如紅糖。 也可加上喜愛的雜苺乾來提升味道和營養價值。

如果你並不是一個肉桂味的愛好者,可改用一茶匙雲呢拿香草精代替。

這個營養棒可放在陰涼的地方一星期左右。

我喜歡把營養棒壓碎,又會留起切時所剩下的碎,加在自己的乳酪上,有什麼好吃過自製的燕麥乳酪?



材料:

牛油 x 100克
燕麥 x 200克
向日葵籽 x 100克
芝麻 x 50克 (可隨意混合黑和白芝麻)
合桃碎 x 50克
有機蜜糖 x 3湯匙
Muscovado 黑糖 x 50克
玉桂粉 x 1茶匙
雜苺乾 x 100克
(我用了藍莓乾、小紅莓乾和杞子乾)

做法:

1. 把焗爐預熱至160度。
2. 把焗盆塗上牛油。(大約A4紙大小,兩吋深)
3. 把燕麥、向日葵籽丶芝麻和合桃碎放在一個比較平的焗盆上,焗7至10分鐘至金黃色。
4. 把牛油、蜜糖和黑糖煮溶。
5. 把所有材料混合於那個兩吋深的焗盆上。
6. 把材料小心地緊緊壓在一起,焗12至15分鐘。
7. 待冷卻,切成棒狀。


Granola Bar is a healthy snack consisting of rolled oats, nuts, honey or other sweeteners such as brown sugar. You may also add different kind of berries to enhance the taste so as the nutrition value.

If you don't like the taste of cinnamon, you may use a teaspoon of vanilla extract to replace it.

This healthy snack can be stored in a cool place for a week or more.

For me, I also like to crunch them and save the leftover from cutting for my morning yogurt. What could be better than homemade granola

Ingredients:

Butter x 100g
Porridge Oats x 200g
Sunflower Seeds x 100g
Sesame Seeds x 50g (Feel free to mix black & white sesame)
Chopped Walnuts x 50g
Organic Honey x 3tbsp
Dark Muscovado Sugar x 50g
Ground Cinnamon x 1tsp
Mixed Dried Berries x 100g
(In this recipe, I've used a mixture of blueberries, cranberries and wolf berries)

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 160c.
2. Butter the baking form (A4 paper size, 2inches deep).
3. Mix the porridge oats, sesame seeds and chopped walnuts in a shallow baking tray and toast them in the oven for 7-10mins approximately until the mixture turns slightly golden.
4. Melt the butter in a saucepan together with the honey and sugar.
5. Pour all the ingredients into the baking form. Mix everything until the mixture is well coated.
6. Press gentlely but tightly. Bake in the oven for 12-15mins.
7. Leave to cool in the baking form. Carefully remove and cut into small bars.
