Parma Ham & Watermelon Salad 意大利巴馬火腿西瓜沙律


Habitually, parma ham goes with honey drew melon. I made a little twist on this summer salad by matching watermelon with the ham instead. Besides, using green cherry tomatoes will add some crunchiness to this dish. I used walnuts which is coated with flex seeds in order to increase the nutrient value. You may find ordinary walnuts or those coated with taste.

Ingredients:

Parma Ham x 5slices
Watermelon x 15cubes
Red Cherry Tomatoes x 4pcs
Green Cherry Tomatoes x 4pcs
Feta Cheese x 50g
Pinenuts x 1tbsp
Walnuts (coated with flex seeds) x 10pcs
Rocket Salad x 6pcs
Green Salad x 6pcs

Dressing:

Olive Oil x 2tbsp
Watermelon Juice x 2tbsp
Mango Juice x 2tbsp
Balsamic Vinegar x 1tbsp
Sea Salt x 1pinch
Black Pepper x 1pinch
Lemon Pepper x 1pinch

Directions:

1. Cut the watermelon in about 15 cubes. Cherry tomatoes in half. Feta cheese in small dices.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.
3. Place the green salad on the plate. Arrange the Parma ham on top of the green salad evenly.
4. Toast the rest of the ingredients (except rocket salad) with the dressing.
5. Place the salad mixture on top of the Parma ham and add the rocket salad on top.

意大利巴馬火腿通常會和蜜瓜一起吃,今次於這個沙律上我改變用了西瓜來配合。另外,青綠色的車厘茄會帶出一種爽脆的感覺。而合桃我便用了上面塗上了亞麻籽的那種,增加營養價值。若找不到,可以用原味合桃或有其他味的。

材料:

意大利巴馬火腿 x 5片
西瓜 x 15粒
紅車厘茄 x 4粒
青車厘茄 x 4粒
羊奶芝士 x 50克
松子仁 x 1湯匙
合桃 (塗上亞麻籽的) x 10粒
火箭菜 x 6條
綠色沙律菜 x 6片

沙律汁:

橄欖油 x 2湯匙
西瓜汁 x 2湯匙
芒果汁 x 2湯匙
意大利黑醋 x 1湯匙
海鹽 x 少許
黑胡椒粉 x 少許
檸檬胡椒粉 x 少許

做法:

1. 把西瓜切成15粒、車厘茄切一半、羊奶芝士切成小粒。
2. 把所有醬汁用的材料混合一起。
3. 把綠色沙律菜放在碟上,再把巴馬火腿整齊地放在沙律菜上。
4. 將醬汁和所有沙律材料 (火箭菜除外) 混合一起。
5. 將已有醬汁的沙律材料放在巴馬火腿上,再把火箭菜放置頂上。
